Vocal Lens is a real-time visualization tool for personal vocal practice. Pitch, stability, vibrato, formant, and spectrum values are educational references, not professional evaluations or diagnoses.

2. Health and professional advice

The service is not a medical device or voice-therapy tool and does not diagnose, prevent, or treat disease. Stop singing and consult an appropriate professional if you experience pain, persistent hoarseness, or voice loss.

3. Measurement accuracy

Results can vary with microphone characteristics, browser audio processing, background noise, room reflections, vocal range, and device performance. The service does not warrant completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Acceptable use

Use the service in compliance with applicable law and without harming the service or others. Do not interfere with security or normal operation or send excessive automated requests.

5. Intellectual property and recordings

Rights in the interface, explanatory text, and analysis logic belong to their respective owners. You retain rights to recordings you create and are responsible for rights needed when recording or sharing third-party music or audio.

6. Changes and liability

Features may change or be discontinued according to accuracy and operational needs. To the extent permitted by law, the service is not liable for indirect loss resulting from vocal decisions or device and browser issues.

7. Changes to these terms

Material changes will be reflected in this page and its effective date. Continued use after a change means the revised terms apply.
